It will be possible to visit till January 6th 2015 the tactile show "The invisible Pompeii" in the suggestive location of the Cloister of St. Francis in Sorrento.
The exposure collects about fifty and more archaeological finds: frescos, mosaics and building paintings of the city  buried during the eruption of the 79 d.C..

During the visit to the archeological ruins it will be also possible to visit and to touch works normally interdicted to the public, in fact the finds on display are usually guarded in the vault of the Archaeological Museum in Naples.

Every find on display was faithfully reproduced with a procedure halfway between artisan wisdom and technological innovation: the works have even the real imperfections of the original ones (cracks, microsplits, erosions and even crackings).

The event "Invisible Pompeii" has as main aim to show to the thousands of tourists visiting the Sorrento Peninsula finds normally difficult to see.

There is also a special section on the Pompeii eroticism, forbidden to the younger than 16 years old.

The show is opened every day from 10.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m., with an entry ticket of 6,00 EUR for the adults and 5.00 EUR for children younger than 10 years old and for groups of at least 25 people.
